How To Order
Once you have found the items that you require, select the quantity and click on "add to basket" once you have added all of your items to your basket, click on "buy now" on the shopping basket page.
You will then be required to enter your details of delivery address.
Please ensure that all fields are completed correctly to avoid any mistakes on delivery.
Please then proceed to the payment section where you will be required to enter your chosen payment method and click pay. we accept payment via most major credit and debit card’s and your details will be encrypted to keep them secure. If you prefer to pay via credit card over the phone then please contact the sales office during office hours. Details of other methods of payment can also be found on the payment page. Goods will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.
After completing your payment details press “finish” to place your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming that we have received your order and contact you again to confirm when your order will be dispatched.
All transactions are carried out over a secure connection and all payment information is encrypted for your security. We will carry out an online authorisation of your card using Barclaycard secure services and debit your account once it has cleared.
Your card will not be charged until your order is ready for dispatch, unless you require a non stock
All prices include VAT at the standard rate (VAT is not payable for customers residing in non EU countries)

Delivery
Delivery is to UK Mainland Only.
Delivery time
When we receive your order we will issue you with an order confirmation, which will include an estimated delivery time. For stock items we will dispatch on a next day service within 24 hrs of receipt of payment.
For non stock items delivery will take from 5-7 days unless informed otherwise.
We use business post as our carriers and they will leave a card if you are not in so you can collect from their local depot.
Delivery will be attempted only once as there is a charge of £5 for every redelivery attempt. So if you require the parcel to be left with a neighbour or anywhere else then please include this on the delivery page under other instructions.
Pricing / Payment
Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on this web site are accurate and correct, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund by your chosen method of payment.
Returns policy
Orders may be cancelled at any time within the cancellation period. The cancellation period begins the day that the order is placed and ends 7 working days after delivery. A refund will be given within 30 days of the goods being returned. The cost of returning goods that are not subject to a quality complaint or order error on our part is the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are also responsible for the safe return of the goods in their original packaging.

Damaged goods
In the unlikely event of breakage in transit we will ask you to inform us as son as possible so that we are able to contact the carriers and arrange replacement items for you.
We may ask for a photograph of the damaged goods to give to our insurers, who may wish to inspect them. So please hold onto the goods and packaging until we resolve your query.
